He is a dog-like Yokai with two mean looking humans heads attached on a snake-like neck, the heads lack the glasses his pre-evolution had and his paws are now armed with sharp claws

Trivia

His two heads is similar to Orthus of greek mythology. While lesser known than Cerberus, he too was a guard dog in sense.
