Meet Dragon Lord in southeast Hooligan Road and challenge him to a battle! The battle will be a cinch if you can hit him with Yo-kai Techniques imbued with his elemental weaknesses of water and wind. Emerge victorious to complete the quest. In addition to rewards for winning the battle, you’ll also be able to get your hands on the Draggie fusion item: [[Dragon Orb]].
