You can obtain him by fusing together an Armsman and a Helmsman (both found in the Old Mansion) and he becomes available pretty much the instant you have access to fusion. He is very tanky, with high HP, STR and DEF. His SPR is not so good and his SPD is average. You might want him to be a little bit faster, so train him with the Twisted attitude.
