Take three bird-like Yo-kai with you to see the quest giver, Mr. Byrd. In addition to the places Whisper tells you about, Snotsolong can also be found in the riverbed of Uptown Springdale and Flumpy in the trees of Shopper’s Row. Make friends with these two and Peckpocket and return to Byrd House.
