Ms. Frost’s Favor is the number 64 request in Yo-Kai Watch. The quest-giver for the request is located in Frostia’s Place in Downtown Springdale.

Guide

Take the alley behind Frostia’s Place to enter the pub’s back door. Give Black Syrup to the woman behind the bar. Then, after heading to Mt. Wildwood and speaking with Walkappa, defeat the Mad Mountain in the stream to complete the quest. Once the quest is complete, you will be able to befriend the Yo-kai Frostina.
