[[Items]] perform various functions in Yo-kai Watch. [[Coins]] are used in [[Crank-a-kai]], [[books]] can change a Yo-kai's [[Attitude]], [[talismans]] temporaily increases Yo-kai's [[stats]], other items can give Yo-kai [[EXP]] or [[[[Category:Medicine]]|revive]] them in battle.
