Springdale Flower Road
Located in the northwest quadrant of Shopper's Row, Flower Road contains the majority of shops Springdale. At the far north is the clothing store Superior Style, but players cannot purchase anything here. Continuing south, the next shop is North Wind Ramen, and across the street is Sun Pavilion, selling Ramen and Chinese Food, respectively. Standing in the street farther south is Mr. Greene of Greene's Greens, the Vegetable stand, then Frank of Frank's Butcher Shop, selling Meat. At the southernmost end of Flower Road is Settle In Bookstore, selling items to alter a Yo-Kai's skills or personality.
Tranquility Apartments
Located in the southwest quadrant of Shopper's Row, the Tranquility Apartments are a set of three dilapidated buildings with mostly empty apartments. In room 301 of Building C is Ol' Fortune Shop, which allows players to exchange rare animals for Crank-a-kai Coins. These buildings and the area around them are a great place to find interesting Yo-Kai. This area contains a Mirapo after Chapter 8.
Everymart (Shopper's Row)
The Everymart for this area is located near the southernmost exit to Downtown Springdale and contains the same stock as the Everymart in each other quadrant of Springdale. It contains an Eyepo, as does every other Everymart location, and the restroom contains a Mirapo after Chapter 8.
Whatta Find
Located to the east of Flower Road, through the Shopping Street Narrows, Whatta Find sells a wide variety of Items and Equipment. This shop is only open at night and contains a Mirapo after Chapter 8.
Mary's Coin Laundry
Located just east of Flower Road and set back from the street, Mary's Coin Laundry is the source of some Requests.
Nocturne Hospital
Located in the southeast corner of Shopper's Row, Nocturne Hospital is initially sealed by an A-Rank gate and contains several strong Yo-Kai. It contains an Eyepo and a Mirapo when players gain access.
