Speak to the 4 individuals cleaning up at Gourd Pond Park. They are inspirited by a Yo-kai
Carefully search the area around them.
Defeat the 3 Yo-kai that are inspiriting them.
Complete the request by taking Blazion with you when reporting back to the quest giver.
