When he is first introduced, he is very unsure if he should be a Noko or a Panda, and this leads to ask Nate and her friends about what he should be. Upon deciding he would be the mascot of Next Harmeowny and the subsecuent stardom attained from it, he develops a somewhat cocky celebrity personality, as seen when he bluntly asks Jibanyan "When did Jibanyan become a trend?".

Pandanoko finally reaches a decision upon being invited by the idol group to make a collaboration with her, and this helps her reaching stardom.
==Anime==
Pandanoko appeared first in EP051. This Yo-Kai had problems deciding if it was a Noko or a Panda, but decided that both is fine. Upon being invited by Nextharmeowny to make a collaboration with her, he finally finds her place and on top of that, reaches stardom. Later, when Jibanyan tries to make himself popular, he bluntly asks him for when did Jibanyan become a trend.
Pandanoko is first summoned in EP072, for helping Nate's family to reach a destination and dispel the effects of No-Go Kart's powers.
