After passing through the entire tunnel (However long you may have caused it to become via various events/NPC interactions), you will encounter something different every time you reach the end.
*1st time: You see a ghostly figure of a girl floating
*2nd time: You see that same girl, along with at huge yo-kai ([[Mallice]]) to the left.
*3rd time: The trees blossom into pink (spring-time?). The girl is there.
*4th time: The season changes. The girl is there.
*5th time: The season changes. You’re able to talk to a yo-kai that is there.
*6th time: You fight a boss yo-kai. You fight [[Mallice]]
*7th time and onwards: (assuming you defeated the boss above) You will be able to get a random item ([[Coin]], [[Super Exporb]], [[Meteor Badge]], [[Runic Charm]], and more)
