I added Shmoopie's location in YKW2. Shmoopie is really precious and I was frustrated finding Shmoopie in this game, because I couldn't. Due to a fluke on the train, I found where the precious Shmoopie was. The train is great.
===How to Recruit/Befriend===
*In Yo-kai Watch, Shmoopie can be found in Mount Wildwood by the Shrine in bushes. You must have at least a rank C Watch in order to find Shmoopie.
*In Yo-Kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits/Fleshy Souls, Shmoopie can be found in Downtown Springdale in the trees. You must have at least a rank C watch in order to find Shmoopie.
