Downtown Springdale is the name of the southeast section of Springdale and can be accessed after taking the train Chapter 6.

Points of Interest

Downtown Springdale can be divided into three sections by the two major north-to-south roads coming from Uptown Sprindgale.

Western Section

Fortune Hospital

Located at in the northwest corner of Downtown Springdale, Fortune Hospital is a source of Requests and contains a shop. The shop sells medicines used to revive Yo-Kai and is only open at night.

Frostia's Place

Located on a diagonal street, Frostia's Place is a source of Requests. While the front is only open at night, players can enter through the back door at any time.

Construction Site

Located along the southern street at the west side of Downtown Springdale, the Construction Site is initially sealed by a C-Rank gate. Once through the gate, players can only access the site at night. This area contains an Eyepo and gains a Mirapo after Chapter 8.

Springdale Business Tower

At the southern end of the western street is a plaza containing the Springdale Business Tower. Accessible within the tower are the first, fourth, and seventh floors. The first floor is a lobby area containing characters with Requests and a Wazzat that allows players to change their Yo-Kai's nickname. The fourth floor is abandoned and is home to various Yo-Kai. The seventh floor is an office with more Requests available.

Central Section

Foundation Academy

Located at the far north of the central section of Downtown Springdale, Foundation Academy is a school building containing characters with Requests.

Springdale Central Station

The train station in the center of Downtown Springdale is the first place the player visits in this area. The station contains some Requests and gains a Mirapo after Chapter 8.

Nom Burger

To the south of Springdale Central Station is the Nom Burger. This shop, as the name suggests, sells Burgers and contains some characters with Requests.

Everymart (Downtown Springdale)

The Downtown Springdale Everymart is located at the southern end of the central section and has the same items for sale as other Everymart locations. Also like the other locations, this Everymart contains an Eyepo and gains a Mirapo after Chapter 8.

Eastern Section

Arcadia Arcade

The Arcadia Arcade is the northernmost building that is accessible in the eastern section of Downtown Springdale. The Arcade contains some characters with Requests.

Seabreeze Tunnel

The Seabreeze Tunnel is to the east of the Arcade and connects Downtown Springdale to Breezy Hills.

Rolling Waves Park

Rolling Waves Park encompasses much of the southeastern portion of Downtown Springdale. The area is home to several Requests and fishing spots.
