This event occurs randomly in [[Uptown Springdale]] at daytime during light rain. The player will hear the sound of the wedding and can take part. After participating once, [[Vicky Vixen]] will appear on [[Mt. Wildwood]] just south of the bridge, allowing the player to replay the challenge at any time.
