Has anyone actually had any luck getting the 3 rare Marlin to trade for a General's Soul and get a Beetall? I've had no luck actually encountering Beetall in the Fish Shop trees at night and my timing on getting the rare Marlin is terrible. I'm either too early or too late in that game of 'spin the wheel' and feel that getting rare animals is too luck-based to be reliable. Then again, perhaps I just suck at getting them.
I haven't attempted the trial of getting a General's Soul, but I agree, rare animals are incredibly difficult to catch, to the point where it's more tedious than challenging. I wish there was a more efficient way of catching them than just trying over and over, but I have yet to find one...
