I actually caved in last month and got it when mine old one started giving me issues. I got a few games and some of the buttons were sticking. So I did and I got the XL one in black. I am loving it!
I haven't myself but I plan on getting the Switch. I think they are going to do away with the Nintendo 3DS eventually because of the way the Switch works so I didn't see a point in spending the money.
I oddly have #5 3DS systems all in working condition, I'm weird I know... As for the Switch I'm not ready to make the switch LOL.
