Can you scan the toy medals into the 3DS game? I'm planning to buy the game coming in November, wondering if I should get some medals now.
Medals have QR codes that can be scanned into the game to unlock in-game medals. You can find lists of QR codes online like here. I'm not sure if Japanese codes will work with the English version of the game though.
You should wait on buying them incase the Japanese QR codes are not compatible with the American games
I was thinking the same thing @pyreant3. The last thing that you would want is to buy a bunch of them, and then have them not work with what you want. So, I would also say just to wait. That would be the smartest thing.
Yea sometimes things like that happens. There will likely be different sets and codes for the American version.
